Cafe Extrablatt in Ratingen

The food and the homemade drinks are very good. The service is always very quick and attentive.

Zero stars I was sitting with my mother-in-law at a table for two, my father-in-law came over and I asked kindly if there wasn't a larger table that was offered to us and I was asked again to give my personal details when I said they should visit the church in the village I was shown the door and I was banned from entering the house the first ban in my life I am a welcome and paying guest everywhere cheeky and insolent staff! My mother-in-law is 79, my father-in-law 85 the two of them just looked at me with big eyes, neither was I loud nor unfriendly, I was wrong in this shop because the staff wasn't born yet. But that was forty-five years ago and there it was The landlord behind the counter, I'm a child of this city, but no one has treated me like that before.

Has been there twice now in the past three weeks. Operation is a disaster. Loud and uncomfortable. Waiting times not acceptable ... I will not go back here.

Been there today and really loved it. Nice staff, very good food and the place is really nice in the old house. Gladly again.

Definitely last visit to this cafe. Apparently table is only free at the drafty entrance. Music so loud that conversation was impossible. Irritant treatment, operation is not possible without accurately filling out the corona slip. Yes, thank you, I know that. Waiting time for tarte flambée: 1 hour. Ice comes before warm food. Food from the homepage not in stock. Unfriendly waiter, irritated with the statement that he had misplaced pizza rolls, they would go on him ?! They were exactly the ones I ordered. At the end again, "you're welcome for the rolls". Huh? Had to pay it normally with € 3.45. So far ok, but why is a special thank you required here? Do not understand what this is about. A host that shouldn't exist - in my opinion, this is a missed job. Never again!

All good, but I like it better in the Extrablatt Köln.

We liked the Café Extrablatt in Ratingen as much as the café in Cologne. Great location with a good selection of food and drinks at fair prices. Very attentive and well-coordinated team with a lot of fun. thank you

The service and the non-alcoholic cocktails were great. The fries are delicious. The rest of the food was not a highlight but okay.

A great cafe with great staff. I had the english breakfast. It tasted great and the presentation was just brilliant, but look at the pictures for yourself.

As always and everywhere, the extra sheet is great. The food was very delicious, sinners wishes no problem at all. The service was extremely friendly. The toilets were very clean. The only drawback is the terrible smell of the disinfectant. But you can get over that

Delicious breakfast, but a little sparse service so you should bring some time. Booking in advance is recommended as there are significantly fewer tables due to the current situation. Hygiene is taken very seriously here, that's good!

Nice place and good hamburger! The service is fast and the room is quite enough to get a relaxed conversation. Suggested for couples but also with kids for which there is a little corner with toys.

ExtraBlatt halt ?

Actually the taste of tge food menu is not so interesting, but I managed to get a few disches which were fine and delicious. The service in general is young and friendly.

Good coffee and tasty fresh orange juice. Friendly waters. The barman looks really professional. Food below average in Dusseldorf area. Overall atmosphere of tgi Fridays. Free WiFi.
